At HOLMWOOD LUXE, every item - from hand-carved prints and bespoke leather journals to hand-painted keepsake boxes - is packaged with care from my studio in Nottinghamshire to ensure it arrives safely at your door.

Processing & Dispatch Times

Handmade & Ready to Ship: Orders are carefully wrapped and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days.
Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, followed by a dispatch email containing your tracking information once your parcel is on its way.

UK Delivery Services & Rates

I partner with reliable couriers to offer tracked services for peace of mind:

Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48):

Estimated Delivery: 2–3 working days from dispatch.

Small to medium parcels, including prints, stationery, textiles, and keepsake boxes.

Cost: Calculated at checkout based on parcel size/weight (or Free UK Delivery on orders over £60).

Express & Courier Delivery (DPD Next Day):

Estimated Delivery: Next working day following dispatch.

Larger items, high-value framed statement art, or urgent orders.

Cost: Calculated at checkout based on parcel size and weight.

Please note: Courier transit times apply once your item has been dispatched from the studio.

Packaging & Care

Art & Prints: Flat prints are protected in acid-free tissue and backed with sturdy board, or shipped in reinforced postal tubes. Framed statement pieces are wrapped in protective layering to guard against transit damage.

Wooden & Leather Goods: Cushioned securely in recyclable, impact-resistant packaging to preserve hand-painted finishes.

International Shipping

I currently ship across the UK as standard. If you are ordering from outside the UK or wish to arrange shipping for bespoke furniture/larger atelier pieces, please get in touch via the Contact Page for a tailored delivery quote.
